I’m glad you asked! I, too wondered the same thing when I first heard of this pasta. It’s meant to be eaten cold and in my opinion, tastes better with warm chicken. You get all the classic Caesar salad flavors and components, plus chewy rotini noodles!


How to make easy chicken Caesar pasta salad

I call this pasta salad easy because it is! All you have to do is cook your meats and pasta then throw everything together!

  1. Boil rotini noodles in salted water, according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Pour oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, then add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.

3. Add chicken to the pan and heat through. Season with black pepper and lemon juice. Set aside.

4. In a large bowl, add lettuce, cooked pasta, bacon, tomatoes, garlic powder, black pepper, Caesar dressing, croutons, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese. Toss together to until all the ingredients are well coated. Enjoy!

  • You can absolutely prep this the night before. Just keep this tip in mind: lettuce and croutons get soggy easily, so add these into the pasta the day of.

2. Can I use another type of dressing instead of Caesar?

  • Sure! It would just change the type of pasta salad to another like Cobb salad, for example.

3. Is chicken the only protein that can be used?

Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 bag Soules Kitchen flame grilled chicken

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Pasta
  • 8 ounces rotini noodles

  • Salt, to taste

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 4 strips cooked bacon, chopped

  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 8 ounces Caesar dressing

  • 1 cup croutons

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Boil rotini, noodles instead salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Pour oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  • Add chicken to the pan and heat through. Season with black pepper and lemon juice. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add lettuce, cooked pasta, bacon, tomatoes, garlic powder, black pepper, Caesar dressing, croutons, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese. Toss together to until all the ingredients are well coated. Enjoy!
